In addition to intensive training and technical assistance that customers receive, each is encouraged to take advantage of our in-house Business Technology Resource Center. This is a free service to our customers for up to 12 months after enrolling in our programs.
This center provides a variety of services, including:
· Basic computer literacy. · Various one-day seminars. · Self-paced learning modules. · One-on-one technical assistance and access to equipment, such as copiers, faxes, printers, scanners, and digital cameras.
Please contact ECDI General Information to schedule an appointment. Customers should be prepared to inform ECDI about what they would like to do at the Center, so they can be matched with the appropriate ECDI staff for assistance. This way, customers maximize the time they spend during each session.
